For suede products — A quick brush with a suede brush (included with purchase) will remove dust and light dirt. Always avoid water and harsh chemicals. We recommend storing in a breathable dust bag.

Due to the fragile nature of ceramics, please be mindful of handling leather products with ceramic pendants.

All items are shipped and insured via UPS or FedEx.

For all made-to-order items, please allow 3-4 weeks for your order to ship.

Returns and Exchanges are accepted solely in the case of defect or damage. In extenuating circumstances, both parties may agree to a partial refund (less a 20% restocking fee).

All returns/exchanges must include a tracking number. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Items must be returned within 14 days from delivery date. All sales final after 14 day grace period.

RUNE holds the right to deny refunds or exchanges if returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
