For suede products — A quick brush with a suede brush (included with purchase) will remove dust and light dirt. Always avoid water and harsh chemicals. We recommend storing in a breathable dust bag.

Due to the fragile nature of ceramics, please be mindful of handling leather products with ceramic pendants. Pendant replacements are available for a small fee, please email us to inquire.

The Lucca is crafted from J&E Sedgwick English Bridle leather, a heavy-duty hide traditionally used for high-end saddles. It is thicker and more resilient than standard wallet leather.

• The "Bloom": If you see a white, waxy film on the surface, don’t worry—that’s the natural waxes migrating to the surface. Simply buff it with a soft cloth to restore the luster.

• The Break-In: Because the leather is dense, it will feel stiff at first. Your body heat and daily use are the best tools to soften the fibers and mold them to your cards.

• Conditioning: Use a wax-based leather balm only once or twice a year. Avoid liquid oils, which can oversaturate this specific type of hide.

• Drying: If it gets wet, air-dry naturally. Never use a heater or hair dryer, as extreme heat can damage the leather’s structure.

Color Exchanges

We accept color exchanges on most pieces. Please note that shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, and we require a tracking number for all return shipments.

Damages & Defects

Returns are accepted solely in the case of a defect or damage upon arrival. In rare, extenuating circumstances, a partial refund may be issued (less a 20% restocking fee) if agreed upon by both parties.

Timelines & Requirements

• Grace Period: Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. All sales are final after this period.

• Tracking: All returns and exchanges must include a tracking number.

• Condition: RUNE reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if the merchandise does not meet our return requirements or arrives in a condition that suggests it has been worn.

Each RUNE piece is crafted by hand; as such, slight variations in form and finish are a natural part of the object’s character. Please also be aware that color may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings.
