For suede products — A quick brush with a suede brush (included with purchase) will remove dust and light dirt. Always avoid water and harsh chemicals. We recommend storing in a breathable dust bag.
Due to the fragile nature of ceramics, please be mindful of handling leather products with ceramic pendants. Pendant replacements are available for a small fee, please email us to inquire.

All items are shipped and insured via UPS or FedEx.
For all made-to-order items, please allow 3-4 weeks for your order to ship.

Color Exchanges
We accept color exchanges on most pieces. Please note that shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, and we require a tracking number for all return shipments.
Damages & Defects
Returns are accepted solely in the case of a defect or damage upon arrival. In rare, extenuating circumstances, a partial refund may be issued (less a 20% restocking fee) if agreed upon by both parties.
Timelines & Requirements
Grace Period: Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. All sales are final after this period.
Tracking: All returns and exchanges must include a tracking number.
Condition: RUNE reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if the merchandise does not meet our return requirements or arrives in a condition that suggests it has been worn.
Each RUNE piece is crafted by hand; as such, slight variations in form and finish are a natural part of the object’s character. Please also be aware that color may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings.
