  • For suede products — A quick brush with a suede brush (included with purchase) will remove dust and light dirt. Always avoid water and harsh chemicals. We recommend storing in a breathable dust bag.

    Due to the fragile nature of ceramics, please be mindful of handling leather products with ceramic pendants. Pendant replacements are available for a small fee, please email us to inquire.

  • All items are shipped and insured via UPS or FedEx.

    For all made-to-order items, please allow 3-4 weeks for your order to ship.

  • Color Exchanges

    We accept color exchanges on most pieces. Please note that shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, and we require a tracking number for all return shipments.

    Damages & Defects

    Returns are accepted solely in the case of a defect or damage upon arrival. In rare, extenuating circumstances, a partial refund may be issued (less a 20% restocking fee) if agreed upon by both parties.

    Timelines & Requirements

    • Grace Period: Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. All sales are final after this period.

    • Tracking: All returns and exchanges must include a tracking number.

    • Condition: RUNE reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if the merchandise does not meet our return requirements or arrives in a condition that suggests it has been worn.

    Each RUNE piece is crafted by hand; as such, slight variations in form and finish are a natural part of the object’s character. Please also be aware that color may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings.
